26	20		FOR the purpose of altering the percentage of the cost–of–living adjustment provided to 3

28	22		circumstances; and generally relating to St. Mary’s College of Maryland and the 5

37	31		SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 12

45	39		under paragraph (2) of this subsection, the College shall receive the amounts specified 17
