4747 (a) (1) In this section the following words have the meanings indicated. 22

5151 (2) “Concession manager” means a person that provides and supervises 1
5252 under contract the comprehensive management of all food and beverage concession sales 2

5555 (3) “Licensed premises” includes the stadium facility and stadium parking 4

5858 (b) There is a stadium beer, wine, and liquor license. 6

6060 (c) The Board may issue the license for a stadium to the owner, lessee, or 7
6161 concession manager of a professional baseball stadium. 8

6363 (d) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license authorizes the 9
6464 license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on–premises consumption. 10

6666 (2) The license holder may sell, serve, or allow the consumption of beer, 11
6767 wine, and liquor on the stadium parking lots only with the prior written approval of the 12

7070 (e) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the license holder may sell 14
7171 beer, wine, and liquor on Monday through Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day. 15

8181 (f) (1) An individual who serves beer, wine, and liquor on the licensed 21
8282 premises shall hold a certificate from an alcohol awareness program that the Board 22

8686 individual may serve beer, wine, and liquor during a baseball game only in a plastic, 25
