BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 14 That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: 15 Article – Education 16 7–447.2. 17 (A) EACH COUNTY BOARD SHA LL RETAIN THE SERVIC ES OF A QUALIFIED 18 INDOOR AIR QUALITY I NVESTIGATOR TO CONDU CT ANY INDOOR AIR QU ALITY 19 TESTING THE BO ARD CHOOSES TO HAVE CONDUCTED IN A PUBLI C SCHOOL IN THE 20 COUNTY. 21 (B) (1) ON RECEIPT OF THE RES ULTS OF AN INDOOR AI R QUALITY TEST, 22 A COUNTY BOARD SHALL : 23 2 SENATE BILL 576 (I) POST THE RESULTS ON I TS WEBSITE; AND 1 (II) SUBMIT THE RESULTS TO THE DEPARTMENT . 2 (2) ON RECEIPT OF THE RESULT S OF AN INDOOR AIR Q UALITY TEST, 3 THE DEPARTMENT SHALL POST THE RESULTS ON ITS W EBSITE. 4 (3) THE RESULTS POSTED UN DER PARAGRAPHS (1)(I) AND (2) OF 5 THIS SUBSECTION SHAL L BE: 6 (I) WRITTEN IN A MANNER T HAT IS CLEAR AND EAS Y FOR THE 7 PUBLIC TO UNDERSTAND ; AND 8 (II) POSTED IN A CONSPICUO US LOCATION THAT IS EASY FOR 9 THE PUBLIC TO FIND A ND ACCESS. 10 SECTION 2.
