89	89	fiscal year thereafter shall be presented in the same manner, including object and program 32
90	90	information, as in the fiscal year [2020] 2023 budget. 33

92	92	SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect 34
93	93	October 1, 2022. 35
