11-FOR the purpose of including employment with the Chesapeake Bay Commission as
12-eligible for participation as a retiree in the State Employee and Retiree Health and
13-Welfare Benefits Program; authorizing the State to charge the Commission for the
14-participation in the Program by active employees; providing the subsidy for
15-employees and retirees of the Commission shall be the same subsidy provided for
16-active and retired State employees; prohibiting the State from charging the
17-Commission for certain costs for retired participants in the Program; and generally
18-relating to participation in the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare

51-or, while receiving an allowance under the Employees’ Retirement System of the State of
52-Maryland or the Employees’ Pension System of the State of Maryland, an employee’s
