Vehicle Laws – Driver’s Licenses and Identification Cards – Boating Safety 2

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to include a notation on 4
the driver’s license or identification card of an applicant indicating that the applicant 5
has obtained a certificate of boating safety education if the applicant presents a 6
certain certificate at the time of application; and generally relating to driver’s 7
licenses and identification cards. 8
