37- (a) Subject to subsections (b) and (c) of this section, for fiscal years 2024, 2025, 11
38-and 2026, the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $500,000 12
39-for the Board of Public Works to provide an operating grant to the Board of Trustees of the 13
40-Historic Sotterley, Inc., for the design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and 14
41-general operations and expenses of Sotterley Plantation Historic Sotterley, located in 15
42-Hollywood, in the following amounts for the following years: 16
28+ (a) Subject to subsections (b) and (c) of this section, for fiscal years 2024, 2025, 9
29+and 2026, the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $500,000 10
30+for the Board of Public Works to provide an operating grant to the Board of Trustees of the 11

43+report the status of the money to the General Assembly in accordance with § 2–1257 of the 21
