28		-	SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND,
29		-	That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

53		-	Pride of Baltimore II was operated solely for the purposes of promoting historical maritime
54		-	education, fostering economic development and tourism, and representing the citizens of
55		-	Maryland in every port visited; and

57		-	(3) A strategic business plan that includes:
	53	+	(a) For fiscal years [2020] 2024 through [2023] 2028, the Governor shall include 2
