38	32		SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 13

45	39		The Mayor and City Council of Baltimore shall have full power and authority to 17
46	40		exercise all of the powers heretofore or hereafter granted to it by the Constitution of 18
47	41		Maryland or by any Public General or Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland; and in 19
