109109 SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of this Act shall take 6
110110 effect July 1, 2023, contingent on the taking effect of Section 4 of Chapter 26 of the Acts of 7
111111 the General Assembly of 2022. If the effective date of Section 4 of Chapter 26 is amended, 8
112112 Section 2 of this Act shall take effect on the taking effect of Section 4 of Chapter 26. If 9
113113 Section 2 of this Act takes effect, Section 1 of this Act, with no further action required by 10
114114 the General Assembly, shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect. 11

116116 SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, subject to Section 3 of this 12
117117 Act, this Act shall take effect July 1, 2023. 13
