3131 WHEREAS, Executive orders by the President of the United States have become a 12

5959 RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That, as provided 8
6060 in Article V of the U.S. Constitution, the General Assembly of Maryland respectfully applies 9
6161 to the U.S. Congress for an amendments convention to be called as soon as two–thirds of 10
6262 the several states have applied for a convention, for the purpose of proposing amendments 11
