33	33	SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 13

40	40	(A) In addition to the powers and duties set forth elsewhere in this title, the Board 17

43	43	(1) To adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this title; 19

56	56	General Provisions Article; and 5

60	60	(B) (1) SUBJECT TO PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS SUBSECTION , THE BOARD 7
61	61	SHALL ESTABLISH A PR OCESS TO REVIEW AND APPROVE A PERSON SEEKING TO 8
62	62	BECOME AN AUTHORIZED SPONSOR OF CONTINUIN G EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR 9
63	63	SOCIAL WORKERS RENEW ING A LICENSE UNDER § 19–308 OF THIS TITLE. 10
