BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 12 That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: 13 Article – Correctional Services 14 3–413. 15 (A) The Commissioner or the Commissioner’s designee may remove an 16 incarcerated individual from the program at any time and for any reason. 17 (B) THE COMMISSIONER OR THE COMMISSIONER ’S DESIGNEE SHALL 18 REMOVE AN INCARCERAT ED INDIVIDUAL FROM T HE PROGRAM FOR VIOLA TING A 19 CONDITION OF THE INC ARCERATED INDIVIDUAL ’S PLACEMENT IN THE P ROGRAM. 20 2 HOUSE BILL 799 SECTION 2.
