	984	+	SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act may not be construed 22
	985	+	to prohibit the establishment of a program that provides the training described in § 23
	986	+	14–306(e)(3)(ii) of the Health – General Article, as enacted by Section 1 of this Act, before 24
	987	+	the effective date of this Act. 25

	989	+	SECTION 2. 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect 26
	990	+	October January 1, 2024 2025. It shall remain effective for a period of 5 6 years and, at the 27
	991	+	end of December 31, 2030, this Act, with no further action required by the General 28
	992	+	Assembly, shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect. 29
