801+ (iii) If the Legislative Policy Committee requests, the Governor shall 27
802+provide a briefing to the Legislative Policy Committee on funds distributed under this section 28
803+from the Revenue Stabilization Account established under § 7–311 of the State Finance and 29

806+ (3) A copy of the budget amendment shall be sent to the Senate Finance 31

825+Commerce shall prioritize the use of existing and available budgetary resources before 10
