68 | 68 | | 2. Have received a [baccalaureate] MASTER’S degree from a 11 |
---|
69 | 69 | | college or university accredited by an educational accrediting association recognized by the 12 |
---|
70 | 70 | | Council on Higher Education and Accreditation; or 13 |

---|
72 | 72 | | (ii) Have received a master’s or doctoral degree from a college or 14 |
---|
73 | 73 | | university accredited by an educational accrediting association recognized by the Council 15 |
---|
74 | 74 | | on Higher Education and Accreditation in nutritional sciences (with emphasis in human 16 |
---|
75 | 75 | | nutrition), food and nutrition, dietetics, human nutrition, community nutrition, public 17 |
---|
76 | 76 | | health nutrition, or equivalent training approved by the Board; 18 |
---|

---|
78 | 78 | | (2) Have satisfactorily completed a program of supervised clinical 19 |
---|
79 | 79 | | experience approved by the Board; and 20 |
---|

81 | 81 | | (3) (i) Submit to the Board proof of certification by the [Certification] 21 |
---|
82 | 82 | | Board for [Nutritional] CERTIFICATION OF NUTRITION Specialists; or 22 |

112 | 112 | | (2) Provides adequate evidence that the applicant: 8 |

114 | 114 | | (i) Meets the qualifications otherwise required by this subtitle; and 9 |

116 | 116 | | (ii) 1. Became licensed in the other state or country after 10 |
---|
117 | 117 | | passing, in that state or country, an examination that the Board determines to be 11 |
---|
118 | 118 | | comparable to the examination for which the applicant is seeking the waiver; 12 |

120 | 120 | | 2. Became registered by the Commission on Dietetic 13 |

121 | 121 | | Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics after meeting the examination 14 |
---|
