31	31	SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 12
32	32	That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: 13

45	45	(II) 1. THE INDIVIDUAL HAS S UBMITTED AN APPLICAT ION 20
46	46	FOR REGISTRATION UNDER § 18–3A–03 OF THIS SUBTITLE AND RECEIVED AN 21
47	47	APPLICATION NUMBER T HAT CONFIRMS RECEIPT ; AND 22 2 SENATE BILL 713
