32	32	SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 13

39	39	(A) In addition to the powers and duties set forth elsewhere in this title, the Board 17

42	42	(1) To adopt rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this title; 19

55	55	General Provisions Article; and 5
