78 | 78 | | each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is 21 |

79 | 79 | | enacted. It shall remain effective through September 30, [2025] 2030, and, at the end of 22 |
---|
80 | 80 | | September 30, [2025] 2030, this Act, with no further action required by the General 23 |
---|
81 | 81 | | Assembly, shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect. 24 |
