61 | 61 | | (2) LOCATED IN A DIFFERE NT LEGISLATIVE DISTR ICT THAN A 7 |

65 | 65 | | SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency 10 |

66 | 66 | | measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health or safety, has 11 |

67 | 67 | | been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three–fifths of all the members elected to 12 |
---|
68 | 68 | | each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is 13 |
---|
69 | 69 | | enacted. 14 |
