4747 Constitution, a sports wagering licensee shall comply with the State’s Minority Business 24

5252 (3) (i) On or before 6 months after the issuance of a sports wagering 1
5353 license under this subtitle, the Governor’s Office of Small, Minority, and Women Business 2
5454 Affairs, in consultation with the Office of the Attorney General and the sports wagering 3
5555 licensee, shall establish a clear plan for setting reasonable and appropriate minority 4
5656 business enterprise participation goals and procedures for the procurement of goods and 5
5757 services related to sports wagering, including procurement of construction, equipment, and 6
5858 ongoing services. 7

6060 (ii) To the extent practicable, the goals and procedures specified in 8
6161 subparagraph (i) of this paragraph shall be based on the requirements of Title 14, Subtitle 9
6262 3 of the State Finance and Procurement Article and the regulations implementing that 10
