FOR the purpose of establishing a Class C (theater) beer, wine, and liquor license in 4

County to issue the license; authorizing the license holder to sell beer, wine, and 6
liquor for on–premises consumption, subject to certain limitations; and generally 7

(D) THE LICENSE AUTHORIZE S THE LICENSE HOLDER TO SELL BEER, WINE, 17
AND LIQUOR FOR ON –PREMISES CONSUMPTION FROM 1 HOUR BEFORE TO 1 HOUR 18
