220220 and Management that project funds, regardless of fund source, be withheld if: 18

222222 (i) a unit of State government is not consistently reporting on the 19

232232 development projects, expedited projects, and other expenditures from the Fund only when: 27

412412 personnel with required expertise are available to work on an awarded contract; and 20

414414 (3) on or before December 1, 2026, report to the General Assembly, in 21
415415 accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, on the examination and 22
416416 recommendations conducted under this section. 23
