123- (b) On or before December 1, 2025, the Department of Human Services shall 20
124-report its findings and recommendations, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State 21
125-Government Article, to the General Assembly. 22

127- SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July 23
128-June 1, 2025. It shall remain effective for a period of 1 year and, at the end of May 31, 2026, 24
129-this Act, with no further action required by the General Assembly, shall be abrogated and 25
