27 public sewerage district and a quasi-municipal corporation under the name "Kennebunk
28 Sewer District," referred to in this Act as "the district," and is a system of public sewerage
29 constructed, maintained and operated for the public health and welfare and for the benefits
30 of the inhabitants and property in the district served by the sewerage facilities, in the
31 manner and with the rights, duties and immunities as described in this Act and all applicable
32 statutes.

34 This bill amends the charter of the Kennebunk Sewer District to update the description
35 of the district's territorial limits.
