3 amended to read:
4 A.  Collecting and analyzing relevant data, including but not limited to systematically 
5 collecting and maintaining data on the immigration status of individuals served or 
6 supported by the activities of the Office of New Americans and collecting and 
7 analyzing data on the outcomes for individuals seeking asylum, including the status 
8 and resolution of asylum claims, in order to understand immigration trends and support 
9 service delivery;

11 This bill requires the Office of New Americans within the Office of Policy Innovation 
12 and the Future to systematically collect and maintain data on the immigration status of 
13 individuals served or supported by the activities of the office and collect and analyze data 
14 on the outcomes for individuals seeking asylum, including the status and resolution of 
15 asylum claims, in order to understand immigration trends and support service delivery.
