2 as amended by PL 2015, c. 308, §1, is 
3 further amended by amending subparagraph (1) to read:
4 (1)  Cocaine and the quantity possessed is more than 14 grams; or
5 as amended by PL 2015, c. 308, §1, is 
6 further amended by repealing subparagraph (2).
7 as enacted by PL 2015, c. 485, §3, is 
8 amended to read:
9 C.  At the time of the offense, the person illegally imports cocaine in a quantity of 112 
10 grams or more or cocaine in the form of cocaine base in a quantity of 32 grams or more.  
11 Violation of this paragraph is a Class A crime;

13 This bill eliminates possession of cocaine in the form of cocaine base in a quantity of 
14 more than 4 grams from the list of schedule W drugs for which a person who has prior 
15 convictions for drug crimes may be charged with the Class B crime of unlawful possession 
16 of scheduled drugs.
17 The bill amends the provision of law that establishes a Class A crime for aggravated 
18 illegal importation of cocaine by removing language that allows a person to be charged 
19 under this provision for importation of cocaine in the form of cocaine base in a quantity of 
20 32 grams or more.
