The Governor, during the pendency of a state of emergency, may not reissue or 4 renew an emergency proclamation, issue another emergency proclamation that is 5 substantially similar to one that expired or reissue an emergency proclamation 6 terminated by the Legislature without approval of the Legislature. 7 8 This bill provides that the Governor may not reissue or renew an emergency 9 proclamation, issue another emergency proclamation that is substantially similar to one that 10 expired or reissue an emergency proclamation terminated by the Legislature without 11 approval of the Legislature. 8 9 10 11
