Page 1 - 132LR0397(01) 1 2 is enacted to read: 3 4 In cooperation with appropriate law enforcement agencies, the Bureau of State Police 5 shall establish and maintain a publicly accessible website that lists all open missing person 6 cases in the State. For each missing person listed, the website must contain a summary of 7 the details of the case, a picture of the missing person and the contact information for the 8 investigating agency. 9 10 This bill requires the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of State Police to establish 11 and maintain a publicly accessible statewide missing persons list. 10 11
