2 Auditor shall audit all state agencies and compile a report that lists for each state agency:
3 1. The number of current employees;
4 2. The number of newly hired employees over the last 5, 10, 15 and 20 years;
5 3. The current budget and the projected budget;
6 4. The growth of the budget over the last 5, 10, 15 and 20 years;
7 5. The agency's jurisdiction, roles and responsibilities;
8 6. The scope of current projects, completed projects and incomplete projects over the 
9 last 5, 10, 15 and 20 years; and
10 7. The percentage of the total of the most current state biennial budget that the agency's 
11 current budget represents.
12  That the State Auditor shall submit the report under 
13 section 1 to the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over 
14 appropriations and financial affairs no later than November 4, 2026.

16 This resolve requires the State Auditor to audit all state agencies and compile a report 
17 for each state agency listing the number of current employees; the number of newly hired 
18 employees over a period of time; the current and projected budget; the growth of the budget 
19 over a period of time; the agency's jurisdiction, roles and responsibilities; the scope of 
20 current, completed and incomplete projects over a period of time; and the percentage of the 
21 total of the most current state biennial budget the agency's budget represents.
