Page 2 - 132LR0261(01) 1 2 This bill grants the Commissioner of Health and Human Services, the commissioner's 3 delegate or the legal counsel for the Department of Health and Human Services the ability 4 to issue a subpoena to obtain records and testimony relevant to a licensure violation 5 investigation.
