3 Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, on or before 
4 June 30, 2026, the State Controller shall transfer $561,283 from the Department of Health 
5 and Human Services, Opioid Use Disorder Prevention and Treatment Fund, Other Special 
6 Revenue Funds account to the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of 
7 Behavioral Health, Other Special Revenue Funds account.
8 
9 Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, on or before June 30, 2026, the State 
10 Controller shall transfer $179,500 from the Department of Health and Human Services, 
11 Opioid Use Disorder Prevention and Treatment Fund, Other Special Revenue Funds 
12 account to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund.

14 allocations are made.

17 Initiative: Appropriates one-time funds to establish one limited-period Assistant District 
18 Attorney position to facilitate the creation of a drug treatment court in Aroostook County.
