4 G.  Any other services necessary for the general well-being of older persons; or
5 as enacted by PL 2015, c. 332, §2, is 
6 amended to read:
7 H. Services designed to assist older persons with maintaining their financial 
8 independence and avoiding financial exploitation, including personal financial 
9 management assistance. ; or
10 is enacted to read:
11 I.  Case management and navigation services in accordance with the federal 1987 Older 
12 Americans Act, 42 United States Code, as amended. 
13 The following appropriations and 
14 allocations are made.

17 Initiative: Provides ongoing funding to address unmet needs of older adults through 
18 community-based services and programs delivered by the area agency in each of the State's 
19 coordinated community program areas. The appropriation must be distributed to the area 
20 agencies, based on priorities identified by local advisory councils to meet regional needs, 
21 through the intrastate funding formula to develop programs and deliver services necessary 
22 for the general well-being of older adults, including, but not limited to, in-home services, 
23 case management services, meals programs, wellness services, respite for caregivers, 
24 public education and outreach, volunteer services and information and referral services.

26 This bill expands coordinated community programming for older adults to include case 
27 management and navigation services. It provides ongoing funding to develop programs and 
28 deliver services for older adults in each of the State's coordinated community program 
29 areas.
