2 as enacted by PL 2023, c. 307, ยง4, is
3 amended to read:
4 February 10th of each year, the commission shall
5 provide a summary report of its findings under subsection 1 to the joint standing committee
6 of the Legislature having jurisdiction over energy matters.

8 This bill changes the date for the submission of the report from the Public Utilities
9 Commission regarding the monitoring of the level of solar energy development in the State.
