2 Maine Trust shall amend its rules and modify procedures as necessary to provide that 1/2 
3 of all electric vehicle rebates distributed annually are distributed to low-income and 
4 moderate-income residents of this State.
5  That the 
6 Efficiency Maine Trust shall amend its rules and modify procedures as necessary to provide 
7 that 1/2 of all funding distributed annually through residential incentives for homeowners 
8 investing in energy efficiency and renewable energy is distributed to low-income and 
9 moderate-income residents of this State, including, but not limited to, funding for heat 
10 pumps and appliances.

12 This resolve directs the Efficiency Maine Trust to amend its rules relating to electric 
13 vehicle rebates and residential incentives for homeowners investing in energy efficiency 
14 and renewable energy to provide that 1/2 of the funds distributed annually through those 
15 programs are distributed to low-income and moderate-income residents of this State.
