HOUSE BILL NO. 4014 A bill to amend 2016 PA 407, entitled "Skilled trades regulation act," (MCL 339.5101 to 339.6133) by adding section 218. the people of the state of michigan enact: Sec. 218. (1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2), the department shall not sell or furnish any list of information obtained under this act that contains a phone number or email address of a licensee or registrant. (2) The department may sell or furnish a list of information described in subsection (1) to a statewide trade association if the list of information includes only individuals who are licensed in the industry or profession of the statewide trade association.
