Substitute For HOUSE BILL NO. 4414 A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled "The management and budget act," (MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 290. the people of the state of michigan enact: Sec. 290. The department, in consultation with the department of labor and economic opportunity, shall create materials, resources, model curricula, and lesson plans concerning digital literacy and cybersafety. The department of labor and economic opportunity shall provide those materials, resources, model curricula, and lesson plans free of charge on the department of labor and economic opportunity's website.
