HOUSE BILL NO. 4737 A bill to amend 2019 PA 39, entitled "Administration of opioid antagonists act," (MCL 15.671 to 15.677) by adding section 103a. the people of the state of michigan enact: Sec. 103a. Subject to appropriation of sufficient funding, a local health department shall provide opioid antagonists to an agency that is a school district for purposes of this act. Enacting section 1.
