HOUSE BILL NO. 5346 A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled "The insurance code of 1956," (MCL 500.100 to 500.8302) by adding section 3406cc. the people of the state of michigan enact: Sec. 3406cc. By March 1, 2025, and each March 1 after that date, an insurer that delivers, issues for delivery, or renews in this state a health insurance policy shall submit a report to the director that includes the comparative analyses and other information regarding the design and application of nonquantitative treatment limitations that apply to mental health or substance use disorder benefits required by 42 USC 300gg-26(a)(8)(A).
