(b) "Institution of higher education" means a college or university described in section 4, 5, or 6 of article VIII of the state constitution of 1963 or a junior college or community college established pursuant to section 7 of article VIII of the state constitution of 1963. Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5477 (request no. 01038'23) of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law. | |
