HOUSE BILL NO. 5871 A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled "Michigan election law," (MCL 168.1 to 168.992) by adding section 492c. the people of the state of michigan enact: Sec. 492c. An individual who is not a United States citizen is not eligible to register to vote, and is not able to vote in any election in this state, including any federal, state, or local election.
