11 SENATE BILL NO. 625 A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 18223a. the people of the state of michigan enact: Sec. 18223a. The board shall place 2 limitations on a limited license granted to an individual under section 18223(2). The limitations must require supervision by a psychologist who has a license other than a limited license and must prohibit advertising or other representation to the public that will lead the public to believe the individual is engaging in the practice of psychology. Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 626 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law.
