1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA STATE BAND.
1.5 $50,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
1.6the commissioner of administration for a grant to the Minnesota State Band to provide for
1.7public performances across Minnesota.
