1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; HOMELESS YOUTH ACT GRANTS.​
1.6 $75,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $75,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated​
1.7from the general fund to the commissioner of human services for the grants under Minnesota​
1.8Statutes, section 256K.45, subdivision 1.​
