66 1.6 Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 126C.10, subdivision 18a, for fiscal year​
77 1.72023 only, the commissioner of education must adjust the pupil transportation adjustment​
88 1.8from 18.2 percent to 100 percent.​
99 1.9 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
1010 1.10 Sec. 2. SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION AID.​
1111 1.11 For fiscal year 2023 only, in addition to the amounts provided for school lunch under​
1212 1.12Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.111, and school breakfast under Minnesota Statutes,​
1313 1.13section 124D.1158, the commissioner must provide supplemental nutrition aid to participants​
1414 1.14in the national school breakfast and lunch programs. A participant's supplemental nutrition​
1515 1.15aid equals the participant's fiscal year 2022 actual expenditures for providing school breakfast​
1616 1.16and lunch, minus the participant's fiscal year 2022 state breakfast and lunch aid, minus the​
1717 1.17participant's fiscal year 2022 federal breakfast and lunch aid.​
1818 1.18 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
