105 | 105 | | 4.8 Sec. 3. Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 169.14, subdivision 5a, is amended to read: |

106 | 106 | | 4.9 Subd. 5a.Speed zoning in school zone; surcharge.(a) Each of the local authorities |

107 | 107 | | 4.10having jurisdiction over a street or highway within a school zone of a public or nonpublic |
