14 | 14 | | 1.14 Subd. 3.Reproductive freedom.(a) Every individual has a fundamental right to make |

15 | 15 | | 1.15autonomous decisions about the individual's own reproductive health, including the |

16 | 16 | | 1.16fundamental right to use or refuse reproductive health care. |

17 | 17 | | 1.17 (b) Every individual who becomes pregnant has a fundamental right to continue the |

18 | 18 | | 1.18pregnancy and give birth, or obtain an abortion, and to make autonomous decisions about |

19 | 19 | | 1.19how to exercise this fundamental right. |
