7 | 7 | | 1.7 Subdivision 1.Requirement.The agency shall require each housing development that |

8 | 8 | | 1.8is financed, on or after January 1, 2024, by a grant, by a loan, or by any other money |

9 | 9 | | 1.9administered or otherwise provided by the agency to authorize a resident of the housing |

11 | 11 | | 1.11resident's dwelling unit, subject to applicable state laws and local government ordinances |

19 | 19 | | 1.19breed of common household pets or a limitation on the weight of a pet is not a reasonable |

20 | 20 | | 1.20condition. A onetime nonrefundable or monthly fee for the ownership or maintenance of |

21 | 21 | | 1.21common household pets is not a reasonable condition. |
