| 37 | 37 | | 2.9 Subd. 3.Eligible services.Eligible organizations may apply for manufactured home |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 2.10lending funds for the following services: |

| 39 | 39 | | 2.11 (1) new manufactured home financing programs; |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | 2.12 (2) manufactured home down payment assistance; and |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | 2.13 (3) manufactured home repair, renovation, removal, and site preparation financing |

| 42 | 42 | | 2.14programs. |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | 2.15 Subd. 4.Commissioner duties.Within 90 days of final enactment, the commissioner |

| 44 | 44 | | 2.16shall develop the forms, applications, and reporting requirements for use by eligible |

| 45 | 45 | | 2.17organizations. In developing these materials, the commissioner shall consult with |
|---|
| 46 | 46 | | 2.18manufactured housing cooperatives, resident-owned manufactured home communities, and |
|---|
| 47 | 47 | | 2.19nonprofit organizations working with manufactured housing cooperatives and resident-owned |
|---|

| 64 | 64 | | 3.7parks, and for grants to provide down payment assistance to residents to purchase |
|---|

| 66 | 66 | | 3.9 (c) The agency may develop criteria for grant requests under this section. Within 90 |

| 75 | 75 | | 3.18 (e) A deed purchased with a grant under this section must contain a covenant running |

| 76 | 76 | | 3.19with the land requiring that the land be used as a manufactured home park for 30 years from |
