1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; HEAD START PROGRAM.​
1.5 $15,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $15,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated​
1.6from the general fund to the commissioner of children, youth, and families for the Head​
1.7Start program under Minnesota Statutes, section 142D.12.​
